Where does the data come from?

Public Companies House company profiles, officers, and incorporation dates. We geocode registered-office postcodes to measure distance from your practice.

Is the address where the business trades?

Not necessarily. We use the registered office. We disclose this on every digest. Trading location may differ.

Do you provide phone numbers or emails?

The weekly digest gives company name, directors, SIC, distance, and a Companies House link. Contact and social research (company + director LinkedIn, website, general contact) is available on demand and credit-metered — you get 20 credits to start and can top up 20 more for £9.99.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days free. Add a card at sign-up, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 14 in the Stripe portal and you pay nothing.

How accurate is the data?

It reflects the public Companies House register and other public sources at the time we fetch it. Records can lag reality or contain errors at source, so treat it as a strong starting point, not a guarantee. Always verify before you rely on it.

Is my use of the data GDPR-compliant?

GrowSpark gives you public information for prospecting. Once you contact anyone, you are the data controller for that outreach and responsible for UK GDPR and PECR (lawful basis, identifying yourself, and honouring opt-outs). We never send outreach for you.

Do you track me or use advertising cookies?

No. We use only the essential cookie that keeps you signed in. No analytics, ad or cross-site tracking cookies. See our privacy notice for detail.

Do you send outreach for me?

No. You receive a shortlist. You decide if and how to contact them, and you remain responsible for lawful marketing.

What about liquidations or insolvency?

GrowSpark does not cover insolvency, administrations, or winding-up petitions. Formations of active companies only.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime via the Stripe customer portal. Your data is retained so you can reactivate easily.
